Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The wrong size was delivered compared to the order placed.

To be eligible for a return or replacement request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit
  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

Since our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, returns for these reasons cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only when:

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
